1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using FitPro Content Portal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FitPro Content Portal provides AI-powered content generation services specifically designed for fitness businesses. The Service generates marketing materials including social media posts, Facebook ads, email newsletters, Instagram content, and other marketing collateral.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service operates on a subscription basis with different tiers:

  • Free Trial: Limited access to test the platform
  • Paid Plans: Monthly or annual subscriptions with varying generation limits

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Content Generation Credits

Each subscription tier includes a monthly allocation of content generation credits. Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to subsequent months.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited marketing materials
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

7. Intellectual Property

Generated Content: You retain ownership of the content generated through the Service and may use it for your business purposes.

Platform: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, remains the intellectual property of FitPro Content Portal.

8. Content Accuracy

While we strive to generate high-quality content, the Service uses AI technology which may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds.

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitPro Content Portal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitPro Content Portal from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
