4. Annual Subscriptions

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 Days: Full refund available if requested within 14 days of payment

4.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Similar to monthly subscriptions, refunds will not be issued if:

  • You have extensively used the Service
  • Your account was terminated for policy violations

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Dispute the chargeback with evidence of Service delivery
  • Charge a chargeback processing fee

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.

9. Technical Issues and Downtime

If the Service experiences significant downtime or technical issues that prevent you from using it:

  • We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
  • Extended outages may result in service credits or pro-rata refunds
  • Scheduled maintenance does not qualify for refunds

  • Excessive use of the Service before requesting a refund
